Hello, my name is Jesse Meekam with another episode of the Jesse Meekam show, and I'm here each week to obsess out loud about you getting good, bad money, going from bad to good.

Just like any other skill.

Bad at baseball, good at baseball.

Bad at swimming, good at swimming.

Bad at dating, good at gaming.

Yeah, yeah, I'll take it.

Any of it.

It's all skills, all acquireable.

I was trying to think of a skill that I've acquired that was difficult.

And not to say that getting good at money is, well, it is difficult.

It's simple.

What you do is simple, but you've got to unlearn a lot of stories that you tell yourself.

You have to change from maybe some bad habits to some good habits.

You've got to build some awareness.

It is simple. You just ask yourself those five questions and you give every dollar a job with those answers and

it works it works very very well but it is still a skill and that doesn't mean that it's easy

just because something simple doesn't mean it is easy.

So I had to learn the German language because my job as a missionary for my church back when I was 19 was to talk. And I did not know how to speak German. I had taken one year in high school.

And that is apparently good for nothing when you need to become fluent. But I went and took a crash course for two months and then landed

in the country, and I listened to people speaking this foreign language, and it did not sound like

German to me, not the German I had learned. I couldn't make heads or tails of it. And that

happened for quite a while,
