and it's something my husband Winston and I think about a lot. So I figured we'd unpack it a little

Pits the fan, are we going to be okay? This is a question, Winston, my husband, I, we ask each other

a lot because I'll be honest, we've married 15 years, we've been wise with our money. We've had

incredible opportunities in our lives. And the scary thing for me always is that like our stuff

can become who we are and our identity. And the scary thing for me always is that like our stuff can become

who we are and our identity. And if it's all taken away tomorrow, like, where are you left

standing? And asking yourself that, which I know you can't like get there 100% without it actually

happening. But there's something that's like, okay, if that happens, like what is important? And I keep

realizing time and time again, I don't know if it's because my kids are getting

older or what, but relationships in your life, like if you have kids with your spouse, with friends,

neighbors, people in your community, your family, like all of that, like that's the stuff that

outlasts. And I want to put effort and time and intentionality

into those things. Because at the end of our life, what is left standing? And to sound cheesy,

that is love, right? Like, the people in your life, like, that is what brings such richness and

such value. So stuff is not bad. But if it's all taken away tomorrow, who would you be? So like I said,

Winston I, we talk about this like a good bit because there is so much of my life that I do not

want rooted in my identity because there are things that can be taken away from our jobs,

our clothes, even our, you know, church situation,

even our kids' schools, like so many things that we can tend to be like, this is so important,
