You know it's easy to feel pessimistic in our world with with so many issues going on right now

so many things that need to be solved or evolved into something new but at the same time if you

look there are still countless inspirational stories out there.

And many of these stories come from travelers.

Travelers whose experiences on the road have enriched their lives,

and at times the lives of the other people they meet along their path or spend time with.

And sometimes a defining moment or experience like a lightning bolt catches the traveler in a way that creates a lasting memory, defining why they're doing what they're doing.

It's often called an aha moment, and those are the moments to be remembered,

to be collected, stored away for future reference, or in some cases to be shared with others, to inspire

other people.

Sam Manicom, the author of four widely read and popular motorcycle travel books, has put together a collage of 20

authors who all share an inspirational moment or a ha moment that they've collected
