The Mixed Martial Arts Hour is back in your life.

Man, it feels good to say that again and truth be told,

I didn't know if I'd ever say it again like that.

But I am so happy to be back.

You know, I started this show back in 2009 and then I left in 2018 but

anytime I saw a fan on the street at an event,

DMs, whatever, any interaction with anyone

who's a fan of this sport, the great sport

of mixed martial arts, I would consistently

hear, when are you bringing back the MMA hour? And so I am so excited.

I am so pumped to let you all know that the MMA hour is finally back

beginning August 16th,

and this time we're going twice a week my friends Mondays and Wednesdays all the biggest

names talking about the sport that you love just as much as myself and Lord knows

there is a ton to talk about each and every week in the world of

mama mam a and the good news is it's unfiltered unfiltered

hellwani is coming back independent hellwani is coming back and Lord knows I have a lot on my mind and I have a lot to say to all of you.

I can't wait to get rolling. So here's the thing. The MMA Hour in case you don't know

it's the gold standard. It is the show. It's the show of shows.

Every big name comes on this show and wants to get his or her story out there.

If you're new to the whole scene, you got a lot of catching up to do. I suspect if you're here, you know what we're all about.
