Fascinating results in last night's primaries in North Carolina and Pennsylvania and Idaho.

A couple of other places. Lots of cross currents both in the Democratic and in the Republican

parties. So we'll just try to unpack some of that. The first thing to be pointed out,

Futterman was going to win the Senate primary and that Josh Shapiro was going to win the

gubernatorial primary. And I guess it was it was it was totally predictable who was going to win the

Republican primary for governor, but of course there is this barn burner of a race right now with

2000 votes separating them between between Dr. Oz and David McCormick of Black Rock.

The key here is that the turnout particularly on the Republican side was insane.
