Well, a big welcome to our live church family.

This weekend's message is dedicated to my dad,

who recently was inducted into the Heavenly Hall of Fame.

If you've ever heard me talk about my dad,

you know that he loved Jesus and he loved baseball.

And so this week I officiated his funeral service,

something that I wasn't trained for in four years of seminary.

But I did create a baseball card for him.

And I preached lessons from my baseball dad,

and they may not make much sense there to you,

but I promise they make a little bit of sense

when you hear them with God's Word.

And I'll share those with our church family

in the upcoming days.

To start this week's message, what I want to do is

I want to show you a very interesting photo

that was taken at a drug bust of a guy's nightstand.

And then I'm going to ask you what you think of this photo
