Have you ever started journaling or worrying about or pondering and feeling anxious about an existential crisis that you're having?

You are certainly not alone. If this is the case, it happens to all of us. We're like, what is going on in my life? Why am I here?

I want to share a piece of advice

that I was given a long time ago that's really saved me in moments when I felt exhausted, in moments where I felt uncertain, in moments where I felt that emotion in the body when it all just feels like too much and you want to pack it in

We are human beings. We are not robots, and cycles are natural and natural ups and downs of life are to be expected within our life experience.

But often if we feel this way for a couple of days, maybe it's even just one day, maybe it's a week, two weeks,

we can start truly going into this crisis, this spiral of what's wrong with me, what's wrong with my life, let me do a deep dive and try and assess every single life area, you know, where is this coming from?

And it can totally set us into a panic.

I've had mornings where I've thought I don't want to get out of

bed, I can't face the day today, there's something that I want to do, and it's easy to

really think that there is a big problem, right?

We think that there's something wrong with us,

we think there's something wrong with the world,

we can think that there's something urgent that we need to change.

And that may be true in some instances in our lives. Maybe there is change and maybe

we are scared and maybe we're in a period of transition. But I would like to offer something else that's really been helpful, soothing,

and extremely practical to me. And it's this.

when you feel like, oh my gosh, I just, I don't know what's up with me.
