podcast. Today I wanted to talk to you about a new audio book that I'm listening

to that's pretty amazing. I actually use audible

to listen to my podcast but you can find this at your local library or a lot of

but I'm finding this audio book particularly inspiring.

And I love, I just love the person who's reading it.

I love the tone of their voice and their inflection.

It's extremely soothing but also motivating and the whole basic

principle I suppose of the books you don't have to buy it necessarily but I do recommend giving it a listen to or a read only because he can put it so much better than I can,

but I'll give you the basic outline of the gist of this.

And that is to get up an hour earlier than you normally do, a minimum of an hour, and

schedule yourself some time for, you know, personal development.

So schedule the time to do those things that you really want to do

in your life to be better, whether it's meditate, do journaling, doing some goal setting,

take an hour to read, or and for me I I need to exercise I never want to I can never find the motivation

But I set my alarm of horse 545 this morning and I actually got my butt up and out and did a quick run was more walking

but there was some running in there too came back back, did some crunches, responded to emails, had a shake,

making my kids breakfast, and all of that was done before I normally even get up to start the day
