David Peg is an investigation's correspondent for the Guardian, and for the last few months, he's been engrossed in a story that goes back more than a decade.

So this story really begins in December 2010 when a whistle buyer is getting on a very hastily arranged flight out of

the capital of Saudi Arabia to come back to the UK as quickly as possible. He had kind of pushed through Saudi customs with the help of some friends in the Ministry of

Defence gets on a plane and breathes a very big sigh of relief.
