Have you ever made a mistake, or done something that doesn't quite work out, only to turn around and do the same thing over again expecting a different result? Einstein called this the definition of insanity. This can be one of the hardest habits to break and some of us may never completely break it. But as long as you can recognize what you are doing when you are doing it, then the odds that you will repeat the same mistakes will go way down. Here is how I do it!
