Hello, Jamie welcome back to the podcast got a bonus episode today in between the faith audio series that we just kicked off this week

I want to talk about sales

Well, what the sales

Have to do with faith. Well, it has a lot to do when you're betting on yourself like we talked about in the first audio today

Sales is such an amazing career everybody

Should get into sales everybody

You get paid what you're worth you get paid based on the value that you deliver. There's no cap to your earnings

Now I get it if you're in a sales job

They put a cap on your earnings meaning you can make a lot more than just your salary

And if I was running a sales organization that would absolutely be the way that I would set it up

Is put a really heavy on commission light on salary because I'll face it, you know, you want great salespeople

You don't want them think well at least I'm gonna get paid no matter if I sell anything or not
