We like to think our bodies are honest, bones break, muscles aches, nerves fire, and the pain tells us something is real.

But what if that pain is lying? What if your body is faithfully sounding an alarm that no longer makes sense,

responding to an injury that healed years ago, or to a threat that only feels dangerous because your brain says so.

Today we're exploring the strange intersection where the mind overrides the body where trauma whispers through muscle tension,

thickness, anxiety or chronic pain.

except the message your brain is stuck on.
