that I could build a business that runs without me that is way better than me in the business.

I never have to do that forever.

You told me that forever, but now it's different when you experience it when you're like,

hey, look, like I closed one deal this year.

Wow.

I think total we ended up closing like 60.

We did 1.6 in revenue.

Yeah.

Not projected, not contracts, like all these other gurus pitch.

Cash collected. It came and hit the bank. We did 1.6 this year. They don't use that term in real estate.

Yeah. It's a different term. Yeah. Yeah. Anytime you're listening to these gurus, if they say under contract or pending, that means it doesn't exist. But 1.6 and cash collected in wholesale. Yeah. And I close one deal. I work one to two hours a day, if honestly not even that. So- You think your golf game would be better, but somehow- No, I got worse. It got worse. Yeah, the more time. You got off. I got way worse. I need to go to my coach. But, yeah, so that was my biggest biggest lesson and just like understanding that like you could

hire people that will run your business for you better than you. You just have to get out of the

way. What's your skilled though? I mean, I don't believe it. I think I think anyone can do it.

Hiring people is a skill. You have to have skill. Hiring people is a skill.

Managing people's a skill too.

Yeah.

So, like, because you have skill, you finally were able to do that. But if you, but if you. People have made no money are not going to do that right away. I think they can't. They don't have skill. Maybe. Maybe. but there's plenty of people that have skill

that should hire and could grow

if they got out of their own way.
