your host Paul Rabel and this week we sit down with none other than the PLL's fastest emerging star.

He's known as the Milkman, or at least that's the nickname that he chose when I asked him.

That's Connor Farrell, ladies and gentlemen,

and his story from the first time he picked up a stick

to where he is now.

I think it's one of the most unique stories in all of the PLL. We also got his mother on the phone just

because I wanted to double down on this notion that Connor Farrell drinks a

gallon of milk a day. Not only does that feel unhealthy to me, but it feels very unlikely. But his

mom tells the true story, so I have to listen to that. We talk about how he became a Vine

Vine's ambassador, which is a sponsor of the PLL and that story of athletes becoming

pro gathering new wages and new sponsors that's Connor Farrell through and

through but get this he got the sponsorship by delivering a hard handshake

Connor also happens to be joining us by way of Vine's this week. They brought him out to LA and let's get into the show
