Good to be back and excited for this new content series that I previewed a bit with the conversation I had with a couple dear brothers across the pond over in the UK.

I hope you enjoyed that conversation.

One quick note that you may have already noticed, in the past we have typically released on Fridays, but starting with this series, we are going to start publishing on mondays for several reasons really

the biggest being our listening numbers go down on the weekends and spike back up on monday

and throughout the week and so rather than rushing to record and publish on Fridays even

though you mostly wait until Mondays to listen.

We're just going to start releasing on Mondays.

Now, I am recording this on Monday,

but I've put my wonderful technology assistant in a time crunch here,

so it might be published Tuesday morning.

But the normal rhythm for your expectations will be Mondays going forward.
