Now the niche that we're in is a sub niche of mentor rentals and we do mentor

insurance which is essentially now corporate housing. Now we're not renting to

the traditional person next door who's looking for the three month stay because they have

an internship or some fellowship or a new job or a travel nurse, that's not what we target.

We actually target the corporations who have to relocate

families due to unforeseen events like a tree falling on the house or pipe bursting and

the insurance company is paying us a premium to solve that problem.
