michael schmidt that i know of maybe we did somewhere but michael smid wrote a question on

patreon patreon's a subscription service where i do do books that I'm writing and videos and people ask

questions and we interact and people respond and I respond to their responses and it's just

it's quite a little place on the internet. And so I comb through all the comments and questions. And I've been doing this

for a while now. And a lot of what happens on the Robcast is shaped by what people are asking

and what people want to talk about. Like when I have friends come on, that's because I'm like,

oh, this friend, if I ask them about this part of their life, there's a bunch of people who I think that might really be something.

So Michael Schmidt asked a question and it so resonated with a question so many people are asking that this entire episode will be me responding to Michael Schmid's question.

So Michael Schmidt, here you go.

The question, he wrote, was how to set up a huge project so that I and my family and friends

all stay healthy in a good way.

And I can enjoy the process, have fun, while others

call it grind or grid or experience it this way. How to stay sane in the insanity? Which I'm

realizing now as I read this question, there are no question marks here, but there are two hows. So I'm just assuming

we're going to call it a question. How to set up a huge project so that I and my family and friends

all stay healthy in a good way. And then how to stay sane in the insanity. Yeah, yeah, because we all uh we were we were raised in a world that called insanity

normal or we all are agreed right and so so many people are like wait a lot of this that we were

taught or programmed or conditioned it doesn't actually work that well.

So if you have found yourself rethinking everything, yeah, yeah, that's, um, lots of people are doing

this. So we're going to get to that word insanity in a minute because there's a lot there.

But one of the things about a question is you're always looking for the question behind the question.
