going to impose very large tariffs on Mexico if Mexico didn't stop migrants

from hitting the border with the United States and at the eleventh hour announced

that a deal had been struck with Mexico that was going to that had solved the

problem so the the tariff war was over and Trump won and then when you read the

communique it says Mexico will take steps to prevent people from coming to the

border and Trump then says there's a secret part of this that hasn't been made
