I'm your host, Connor Rogers, joined as always by my co-host, Joe DeMaio. And Joe, the week that

was was not great out west for the Mets, especially the way it ended in Seattle where the offense just had no answers.

But somehow at the end of all of this, the Mets only remain one game back from a wildcard spot as the Braves,

who have dealt with a lot of injuries this year have not played good baseball during this stretch as well.

So the Mets remain right in the thick of

it. They need to turn the page, especially as, and I kind of hate when we do this because

the Mets have played down to some bad teams this year and they've played up to some really good

teams. But Joe, this part of the schedule is nothing to fear like Seattle's rotation was.

Yeah, look, I think, and I'm not in the excuse making business, but we talked about what the travel situation was last week with,

you know, being at Anaheim, going to St. Louis for a day, going to Colorado, going to Seattle.

And I'll be honest, watching the offense over the weekend, they just looked, they look gassed,

honestly.
