Joe DeMeo and Joe, the week that was a lot of, not the best, but I'll tell you what, before we recorded this show on Monday night the week that was finished with a

loud bang on a 3-0 count for Francisco Alvarez to walk off the Orioles.

I am so thankful that Monday night happened the way it did. I mean, if y'all were in group

texts here, this was shaping up to be a much different show if Francisco Alvarez didn't just

jump all over that 3-0 fastball from Sir Anthony Dominguez. And, you know, Connor, like you said,

I think when we look back, if this season doesn't go the way we want it to, as Mets fans,

Mets, you know, missed the playoffs by a game or two because we talked about that on last

week's show.

This is going to come down to the wire, I think.
