How have you handled adversity?

You've been dealt it really right from the get-go last year. 0-15. Hey, welcome to managing, right? Managing in New York, big leagues, pressure, all this stuff. 0-1-5 right out of the gate, not to mention the other issues. You've had other spurts even this year. how have you been able to handle adversity and keep the club in line to where you always respond after these ruts?
