I was thinking this morning about how I find peace when life is a mess.

And if I could be, if I could write only one book or if I had to represent like one issue,

this is what it would be.

Because I find in my life, anytime like things go completely haywire, this is when I

truly know how to thrive.

And like my hardwiring, my nature, my optimism just like just comes into full force.

And I find there's always so much beauty that I find amongst the mess.

And I was talking to someone the other day and I was explaining a bunch of things that happened to me and

they're like, yo, why are you still standing right now? Why are you so optimistic? And I was like,

well, the mess isn't where you lose yourself, but it's where you find the parts of you that were

hidden all along. The mess isn't where we lose ourselves, although it feels like we're losing ourselves when

we lose control of that wheel.

You know, we're losing our confidence, maybe the self-love, maybe our spiritual umbrella is starting

to crumble, you know, we're a little bit lost and we feel like we're, like we've lost control.

That's not where we lose ourself.

It's where you find the parts of you that were hidden all along.

This is when the mess in our life, the season that you're in, the chaotic situation,

whatever, it may be the uncertainty.

It becomes a teacher.

It's highlighting something.

It's capturing your attention to what has been ignored.

You know, universe is like, yo, I've been sending you signals.
