Today we begin a brand new study on the miracles of Jesus,

and we have taken as our theme for this study, this statement,

Christ is enough.

Would you say that wherever you are, just say it aloud.

Christ is enough.

You know, if you can get that truth fixed in your thinking,

and if you can get that message communicated to hurting people around you, you'll be amazed how the sufficiency of Christ ministers to the deepest need of every life. You see, when you

approach a study on the miracles of Jesus, it is really not about what he did.

It's about who he is.

Notice, I'm saying in the present tense, because the miracle working Christ that worked in the gospel records is still the miracle working Christ, and he is still at work today.

I want to begin this week with some introductory thoughts, some

foundational things that will help us as we approach the individual miracles of Jesus.

And I begin today in the book of Colossians. Colossians chapter number two, I believe,

holds for us one of the great summary passages on the sufficiency of Jesus Christ. Look, either Christ

is enough or he isn't, and you're going to have to determine whether you're willing to trust
