1:04.3 | through and put my mind on autopilot while my body is doing what it's doing. There's a couple of things I do for this, right? |

1:19.0 | When I'm in the gym, even when I'm swinging a hammer on the ranch or putting fence post in the ground or working, swinging an axe, whatever, I always count down. |
