To round off Menopause Awareness Month, join us for a very special episode of WWQT recorded in front of a live audience at Acast's offices in London!
Kate is joined by two people who are helping women at all stages of their menopause journey with treatment, support and advice. Dr Lydia Robertson is a GP and Menopause Specialist, who works alongside Dr Naomi Potter at the Menopause Care clinic, while renowned actress Tamzin Outhwaite has set up a charity dedicated to providing alternative menopause treatment to those who need it the most.
They chat about various treatments and therapies out there, how to navigate the issue with your own GP and some of the mental hurdles so many women face at this challenging stage in their lives.
Check out Tamzin's amazing charity here. You can also find out more about Dr Lydia's incredible work at Menopause Care here!
Dr Naomi Potter's award-winning book 'Menopausing' is available here, and grab a copy of Lisa Snowdon's amazing book 'Just Getting Started' here.
