So many of my favorite shows ever, like Song Exploder, like the Memory Palace, like normal gossip.

Peaking out of hiding, I've been mostly hold up, trying to write this book,

banging my head against the keyboard every morning, trying to make words come out.

It's been so hard, and I was like, why didn't anyone warn me that writing was so hard? And then I

remembered that is almost entirely all that writers ever talk about. I just didn't listen.

But this process makes me all the more in awe of Nate DeMayo. Nate has been a hero of mine

for years now. His podcast, The Memory Palace, tells these little delicious vignettes from obscure parts of history.
