A casual glance at the condition of our world will reveal just how far away from God our society has traveled.

Political tension, financial instability, widespread violence, and the list goes on and on. All of this is a reminder that we need

A preacher of a bygone generation by the last name of Stanway, they were called him the Apostle to Tanzania, a man who was busy for the Lord and greatly used of the Lord.

At one point in his life and ministry got Parkinson's, and he became very ill, and because of it,

was forced to return to Australia where he was from. Someone asked him, how did you cope with

all of that? How did you deal with all of that discouragement and bad news.

And I think his response was so good.

He simply took out a pen.

He could not speak by that time and asked for something to write on. And he wrote in big block letters, these words,

there is no future in frustration. What a tremendous truth. There is no

future in frustration. Oh, but there is a future in God. There is a future in faith. There is hope as long as

our eyes are on the Lord, as long as we can pray and God hears

and answers prayer. And that is why I think right now it behooves God's people instead of living

frustrated, instead of speaking out of our frustration, to instead take our frustrations to the Lord.

And people say, well, I need to vent.

No, what you need to do is make your petition known to God.

And so today we return to Habakkuk chapter number three to this amazing revival prayer.

If it is revival that we need, then it is prayer that we need.
