1:48.1	voters that Joe Biden's on the rebound. He's making a comeback. Yes, it was rough. It wasn't really
1:53.5	his fault though. It was COVID. It was Trump. It was Putin. It was this one, that one. But now Joe
1:58.8	has got it together. And he's coming back strong and he's going to rebuild better. Or whatever they want
2:06.0	to say. That's number one. And you're going to hear it over and over and over again. Not by pay
2:11.6	political announcements, but on newscasts and networks. You're going to hear that every day.
2:18.1	Second one is that polling is going to come out. Selective polling. That's going to make Biden
