0:21.7	And today we're talking about March's Book Club Pick which was the Measure by Nikki
0:25.9	or Lick. I know exactly zero of Becca's takes on this so I'm excited to discover them
0:32.3	alongside all of you. I brought takes. Oh yeah. Okay let's get into highs and lows first.
0:40.5	What is your high? My high is that last night I had drinks with my book editor and I
0:46.8	got to meet her in person for the first time in this whole process. That's exciting.
0:53.2	I was so excited. I was like frothing at the mouth to be her friend. I was so thirsty for her
0:59.5	friendship. And I loved her. I really, really adored her even absent her being my editor.
1:05.8	And I feel like so much of the process so far has really focused on me because in the sales
1:13.7	process you're selling yourself and then we're working on my book together and I just feel
1:20.5	the road was it wasn't a one way but it just like I don't know as much about her so it was very nice
1:26.9	to have drinks and get to know her. Oh nice. So she's visiting New York? No she lives here.
1:33.9	Oh she lives here. Oh she lives here. I think just because the process after my book's acquisition
1:41.4	was so condensed we very much were like directly into edits and so one of us had the draft and was
1:48.5	working very intensively on it and now that I've mostly finished we I turned in my copy edits
1:55.1	and so now there's just two rounds of past pages. I feel like we both can have breathing room.
2:01.1	Yeah that makes sense. It's a little more fun. Not so business-y. Yeah. Cool. That sounds nice.
2:07.0	What's your high? My high is that this feels really kind of silly but a year ago and like a year
2:15.7	going a week now. Jake and I decided to give up seamless and uber eats food delivery for a year.
2:22.0	We did it this month is a year. No delivery through COVID through through it all. So go us. You are
