So in today's episode I'm going to share a short interview interaction between

Byron Katie, a great spiritual meditation teacher, and a student. I got this

from the book Mindfulness Day by Day by Josh Barron. And the questioner asks,

Katie, I believe that life is meaningless. That's my experience, and I can't find

any meaning. Byron Katie asks, so life is meaningless. Is that true? This is Byron

Katie's big question. Is that true? The person says, I just can't feel anything.

That's the way it feels. Byron Katie says, is that true? Life is totally
