Happy New Year to everybody out there. We record this

10.15 a.m. Wednesday morning and I timestamp it only because by the time this podcast ends,

who knows where Max Crosby may have been traded to by then. Who knows what other trades may come off?

Who knows what other signings may happen.

The NFL is the greatest reality drama show going.

It proved it again over the course of the last week when Max Crosby was traded to the Ravens,

then having that deal voided.

Now he goes back to the Raiders and on and on we go with all the drama around the

National Football League.

It's been a long period. It's been a long period.

It's been an emotional period. I will say that for the start of free agency did the first couple of days in Indianapolis at the Thunderdome at the Pat McAvey Show. It was my first trip to

the Thunderdome and it was an honor to be there.

And I will say, having stepped into that environment for the first time, I was thinking about
