1:54.0 | You know, for a lot of the stuff, we're the diffusually, the fusing, which is happening a lot, you need to because you're talking to people like everyone else is calling the same guy. |
2:02.0 | One of the things that defuses is a lot of labeling, you know, Chris Boss talks about it and never split the difference. |
2:08.0 | And the way I teach it in our in our sales training is like, remember, not when you were a kid maybe, but you know, you got like nieces and nephews or you see other friends of the kids. |

2:40.0 | That's a good analogy. You touched on something that that's pretty cool or something that, you know, I've been saying, I say now these days with all the software and the technology that has been introduced into wholesaling over just the last three months. |
2:55.0 | And really three has changed the playing field and almost made it level to the guy that has an office, you know, with with 50 people to the single entrepreneur in his basement trying to get it done. |
