So like I was telling everybody before this show is about your first deal. And we're going to talk about your first deal and all the emotions and everything you had to do to bring it back up.

Let's be funny. I'm going to enjoy this show. I'm glad you're here with us. So let's let's get right in it. So before we start talking about your deal, let's talk about what you were doing prior to real estate investment before your first deal. What were you doing?

I was working for 18 and T. And before I get into it, Max, I just want to say really quick. Thank you so much. Your platform is absolutely incredible. And it's part of the reason if not, you know, the solo reason why I'm even here. So, you know, this is an honor. So thank you.

Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Well, back to your question. I'm working for 18 and T, you know, here in Winston, I work for 18 and T. And I was doing a role called in home experts. So we drive around to get dispatched to different thousands.

And shout out my God, Danny Wood. She's the one who turned me on to you in the whole concept.

Post sell it. He was like, you know, you can you can sell houses without owning houses and it sounded like which crap. He turned me on.

That's cool. So prior to working at 18 and T, what kind of background did you go to college? Where'd you go to high school at anything like that?

I like to tell people I graduated from school for a knock. You know, I graduated Parkland as a junior. You can't graduate Parkland as a junior. I was there a long time.

I spent, I think, four and a half years at Parkland. It was not for me to go.

You got to get out of there. Yeah, I had to get out of there. And my story is a little rough because before I could blink most people that know me.

They associate me with my children before I could blink to just drop up three kids. And I had to figure something out.

So I quit more jobs than I ever got started. You name it, I work there.

Got it. So would you say that you've always had this hustle mentality in you? Always had to. Always had somebody else to feed.

Got it. So the thing I was responsible for someone else.

I was a young age 17 year old. You had kids. So you've had to go out there and always provide. There was excuses. We're not an option for you.
