Starting them out well. The Dallas Mavericks have not really started out well when it comes to free agency. They've done nothing. But I don't think they've missed on anything. So we're going to go through some of the deals that have happened. And then we'll also talk about what the Lakers are doing because Lakers just made a flurry of moves. And Project 2028 still in full effect, Isaac. Stop. I mean, if, if you want to say or make fun of the Lakers soft season, I'm loving it. I think it's great. The Mavs so far and with what the Lakers did, they made this huge trade for Walker Kessler. And which the Mavericks did not have the money to be able to go to go do something like that.

I guess they could have cobbled together some salaries and things like that, but it's not like they sent, you know, the Lakers just traded him into their cap space. And so it's not like the Mavs could have sent players to the jazz or done something like that where they could have got Walker Kessler. Did you even want Walker Kessler on the Mavericks, right? like I don't even think that's something that we were even talking about or discussing.

Well, not for that price.

He's a good player, but not. Definitely not for definitely not for that price. Playing him over $30 million. Multiple first round picks too. Like, we were talking about this with you were talking about the Jaylin, would you do Jalen Brown for multiple picks? And I was like, that's not enough. And now Walker Kessler goes for multiple unprotected first round picks from the Lakers and that is a while once. The Mavs did not miss on that deal.

More money, you know, more options, more that it's putting the the ability to make the

decision in the player's hands. And that happened with like the Javelle McGee thing where we're like, dang, how do the mouse, like, how did he get a player option out of all that? The, that deal, I don't think the maps missed on either, right? Like, I'm not trying to go get Sont Mamal Kalashvili for that money. No, not at all.

And then the Lakers now, it's 30 million dollars total for the next or even probably more
