What exactly is the IT factor and how important that it factor is?

So Tommy, let me ask you because you have done a lot behind the scenes when

talking to recruiting hearing from pro-restlers that they want to be a part of this business.

For you, what does it mean when you hear or see the it factor?

The it factor means why am I going to hire them? For me, for other people could be like,

why do they, are they the it factor that they're going to be the main event of

WrestleMania but for me the it factor is why am I going to put my name on you? Why am I going to recommend you? From Indies is one thing, but then
