1:07.4	Let's jump right in. Tell us a little bit about yourself and your career in real
1:12.2	estate. Yeah, so my wife quit a job once, came home, and I said, what are you going to do?
1:17.4	We just bought a house. It was... Did you know she was going to quit the job? No. She just walked away.
1:22.7	Okay. And I said, what are you going to do? And she said, I think I'm going to start flipping properties. And she started on the house we were working on.
1:29.0	And I went very reluctantly, started my real estate career.
1:32.6	And she's been very successful at that.
1:34.5	She's been doing it for 20 years now.
1:36.3	Along the line, I said, then we have this to kind of.
1:45.3	And so that's how I got into buying rental properties.
