Summary

While the show is on a break until Season 2, I'd like to read for you Edgar Allan Poe's classic tale, "The Masque of the Red Death," a story that was written in 1842 and yet has found relevance in our world today.

Don't be like Prince Prospero - here are some simple ways you can help others during this pandemic:

- Donate money, supplies, or food to local charities providing relief for those affected by the pandemic (make sure to find out what's most needed first)
- Order lunch for frontline workers at your local hospital (make sure to call ahead)
- If you are young and healthy, volunteer to run errands or deliver supplies to the elderly or immunocompromised
- Foster an animal from your local animal shelter
- Donate blood
