Bart and Morgan on the Wild at Heart team this week. If you are just tuning in, this is actually part two in a conversation about keeping heart

recovering heart caring for the heart that Stacy and I began last week.

We just thought it would be helpful to bring the heart back

to center stage here at the first of the year.

But what we were trying to begin a conversation on was,

we are living in a really unique moment,

and we've just come through a pretty rough year for everybody,

20-20 and what are the unique challenges on the heart of a woman, on the heart of a man, and how can we name it and address

it and strengthen one another as we head into a new year. So the ladies will be here in episode 3 to talk about the

unique challenges on a woman's heart but I have my pals here in the studio this week to talk about the

unique challenges for men and for some reason 2020 does seem to be in obviously moving into the new year now

tough on men and so first pass as you as you look back at 2020 how's your heart after 2020?

That's just your general condition.

John, I think I would say it's okay but not great.

And it's as if, you know, if there's a tank
