Thank you for inviting me. Yeah. All right so just before we began today we have

been informed that the United States has already reached its debt limit.

Janet Yellen has said that she is going to take extraordinary measures,

like cutting contributions to retirement funds for federal employees for a while

so that the United States can meet its obligations.

This can only be for a limited amount of time, she said.

It's critical that Congress act in a timely manner.
