In the 1990's, a man was arrested in Belgium on charges of murder. According to the government, he and an accomplice or two had abducted a few children, held them hostage, tortured and then killed them. And that was it. But as the story really began to unfold, the people of Belgium began to realize that this conspiracy reached all the way to the top of their government, and they heard stories of depraved pedophile parties with government officials, unsolved murders, pedophile rings and so much more. 1:39.4	pedophiles. But when it comes to this story, the story of the Mark Dutro affair, it wasn't just a couple people that were involved in this that ended up being in the government.
1:48.5	This was almost the entire government of a country that was involved in satanic murder, ritualistic sacrifices, pedophile o'-hs and activities.
1:58.4	I mean, this is one of the most disturbing stories you'll ever read.
