Welcome to the K-EXP Runcast. I'm your host, John Richards. Today's runcast is a marathon confessional.

It is a very long runcast with a lot of music I've collected throughout this season, and it's a way to end this particular season of the runcast.

Don't you worry. We'll have another season coming in the near future, but for now, this is going to be the marathon run cast to get you through the rest of your running season.

Although for me, running isn't really seasonal.

It's year-round, no matter what the weather is here in Seattle or when I travel.

I run, and I have started running when I was in fifth grade.

my time and to see my surroundings really helped me. And my very first run was actually Bloomsday

in Spokane. I highly recommend it first weekend of May each year, one of the most popular races in the

country. And my mother is buried just off the course. So if you do get to run that, make sure you give her a wave when you run by. Running is a lifesaver for me, and I know it is for you. So let's get running. Let's start with my friend Lydia Ramsey, get a mellow and meaningful start to this. It's called I Will Wait for now. Running through your head, what if this lasts forever? It's bitter end in these days without being close together. without being close together. I will wait for you.
