Hey y'all, it's been a long time. I shouldn't have left you without undistracted to listen to, listen to, listen to.

That was corny. Of course, I'm a mother now. I'm corny. It's just what we do. But seriously,

it's been a little minute since we last saw each other. Honestly, it's been a year and some change.

But the good news is I had a safe and successful

delivery of our second child. They have been wonderful, beautiful, exhausting, lovely, all of the

above. And I'm just glad that this little family of ours has been safe and sound and experiencing

clearly some joy. They definitely keep me grounded.

So I took this last year to rest up a bit as much as I could, to regroup a little bit, as much

as one can when they are both postpartum and perimenopausal.

Don't suggest it, but if you ever go that route, we should talk.

And I took some time to think about what's really important at a time when the news is coming

at us fast and furious.

So now I'm back and I'm ready to stay undistracted about the task at hand with all of you.

So as we get into this season four of this special forum for free speech, shall we call it,

we will remain undistracted.
