Mac Lacey. We are here for the Mandalorian chapter 20 breakdown analysis review. All of that. We're going to be talking about everything.

Chapter 20, the Foundling. We're going to get into just there's so much to talk about. I feel like that is a recurring theme for every episode this season.

As a child of the prequel era, this episode was made for us. Like, yeah, like it was made for everybody. But like I think the prequel era kids maybe appreciate it.

A lot because there were so many things in this that was just like, oh my gosh, this is this is incredible. So many times I did let's go in this episode.

This bumping, taking laps around my living room. It was it was mythic. It was. What an incredible flashback we got. Yeah, we're going to talk about that. And I've got a theory that nobody's talking about.

With that flashback, nobody's talking about this theory. And I cannot wait to share it. It's probably wrong. But I want to get it out into the ether into the podcasting world.

Popping off right now. I knew this episode would have a lot of voicemails after it. Just as soon as I finished it as like, oh yeah, this is going to be maybe another record breaking voicemail for us.

Because this this episode was so awesome. Again, I don't think I would say that this was my favorite episode, Mac. But it's so solid. Like it is just such a good episode of the Mandalorian.

Yeah, I'm right there with you. It's not the highest highs we've ever hit for me. But just as far as being like a front to back.

Injoyable romp. This episode has pretty much everything you're looking for.

Yeah, it's you know fast pace. We're doing a lot of fun. There's there's spectacle on display. But that's never at the the cost of character or anything like that.

Right. So I thought I walked that line really, really well. Thorily enjoyed it.

It's really leaning into the adventure serial stuff. Right. Like what? Yeah.

Which is what originally inspired Star Wars to begin with. Right. Right. And I mean, the like in a TV series, you just have so much more room to explore that influence of Star Wars.

You know, right. Just because of the, you know, even even further serialized nature of it.

Yeah, I it was just it's so fun. I just I had a blast watching it. And that's that's the best best review I can give of it.

And that's that should be the goal of the show show, right? Like if you walk away having had fun watching it, it's it's done its job.

Yeah, we are it's entertainment. The thing we are just we have gathered together to discuss and rip apart and get entirely too deep into is supposed to be fun and enjoy.

And it did it. I it definitely supplied that for me early this morning when I watched it.
