If you don't do it very often, like figuring it out every time from scratch becomes hard.

And that's why checklist are so darn important.

which has transformed a great deal of medicine particularly surgery and one of the things I've learned it was so cool to learn is that creativity is actually increased in processes by checklist.

And what we've done with this checklist is create a draft and the document, the spreadsheet, is actually available to all our licensees.
