On December 23rd, 1997, a man was arrested for crimes that, as far as police

were concerned, were being committed by at least two different serial killers. So, if you like your

Maupa Cedric Mock, who went by Cedric, was born in 1965 and, when his father died when he was in grade 10, left school to help care for the rest of his family.

Soon thereafter, he moved to Johannesburg, South Africa to look for work, became a plumber, and went into business for himself.

Time passed, Sedgwick grew into adulthood, continued his business, and moved to Limpopo, married a woman and had four children with her.

This did not, however, prevent him from having a girlfriend living back in

Johannesburg. With the exception, though, of this little dalliance, Sedrick seemed like a pretty

normal guy, which is why it was all the more shocking when, at 33 years old, he woke up one day

and decided to become a serial killer. On December 29, 1996, Cedric Mock entered the Hill Gardens Cafe in Rosettonville,
