I'm John McKenzie and I'm joined as I always am by my good friend and producer Mike Zimmerman.

Good as always, John. How are you?

I'm doing very, very well, not least because we've had one of our favorite guests back on the podcast this time around.

We were joined by Abyshek Raj, who is Tifo's financial expert. There's a lot of the illustrated videos that are financially weighted.

But he's such a good guest. He knows his subject very, very well and is just as a fantastic way of

being able to set things out in a way that's understandable for me and you, Mike.

Yeah, absolutely. I mean, Abyshek took off his glasses and became Tifo's football finance expert

channeling his inner Superman, if you will, but really dove into the Manchester United

takeover, the potential takeover, as I should say, with Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos looking to be a

minority investor, getting 25% of the stake, but really owning the sporting control as well.

And Abysheck really, he talked about, I guess, the benefits for the glazers in that scenario,

the benefits for Sir Jim Radcliffe, and also the benefits for the club as well, you know,

for their financial future.

And as a Manchester United fan, is this actually a good outcome if this were to happen?

Yep.

And we also talked about plenty of other things that I think

just sort of orbit around the concept of financial fair play in the various leagues around Europe.

There's so much for us to get our teeth into,
