Every week, I let you escape to Paris with me, I suppose, and that is no different this week. I've got a great guest. In fact, to explain about this guest, I need to rewind to an email that I got from Elizabeth Olivier

1:01.3	Instagram. He followed me straight back, and we got to chatting, and then we got to talking on
1:05.3	the phone. And then next thing, you know, we're chatting on Zoom, having a good old conversation

1:11.9	hear it, really. Talking about barbecuing in Paris, talking about feeding 4,000 people at once,
1:18.1	talking about diving in South Africa, all sorts of things go on in this conversation. But if you're
