In fact, there are some buyers who don't even

think about going through with a purchase that they may have been really interested in because of

that. Now, the laws differ from state to state. In some sellers must disclose and in others,

only if the buyer asks, and I think I probably the kind of person

who would ask something like that.

But we want you to think about this.
