1:42.0	here. First question, Joel, what on earth possessed you
1:46.6	to take the job as a president of a seminary? Having been a vice president myself, this strikes me as an
1:53.8	insane career move. You know, you call me off guard. I'm not calling on.
2:13.0	You know what's funny is when we were going through the process and I had to come before my faculty colleagues where I've been teaching for about a dozen years.
2:20.0	And we were taking questions from them as they also contribute to this decision-making process.
