It's easy to say your sins are forgiven because it can't be verified.

So Jesus said, I just forgave the man his sins because of his faith.

And just to show you that I really forgave his sin, I'll do the hard part.

Get up and walk.

And he got up and walked.

You see, to prove that he forgave sin, he did the hard part.

He healed the man.

That could be verified.

The forgiveness couldn't be.
